Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with us at Serene Spaces Living. Shipping charges are calculated based on your orders size, weight and destination. At this time, we currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order.
For all items that are free shipping, we will be using Fedex Ground Service and it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the products to be delivered.
If a package is found to be undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned package, a credit will be issued for products purchased. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on any order.
If you wish to change the shipping address, we encourage you to call us at (888) 414-5552 or reach us at info@serenespacesliving.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request during our handling time. Please note that we will not be able to re-route it once the order is shipped.

Please be aware that, in accordance with our shipping policy, for purchases of $300 or more, we will be requesting your signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive the option to have a signature required, please let us know via email at (info@serenespacesliving.com) by 1:30 p.m. EST on the day the order is placed. Please note that the delivery will be at your own risk. If we do not hear back from you, we will consider that you will be available to provide a signature upon delivery.

- For wholesale orders, the return shipping fees will need to be borne by the customer. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer in case of "customers remorse" i.e. for returns when the product is not defective or damaged.
- For Shipping to Canada: We are happy to provide shipping quotes to Canada. Please contact us at (888) 414-5552 or at info@serenespacesliving.com with your query and we will gladly give you a shipping quote. Any duties or taxes on the value of goods purchased, which may be imposed by the Canadian government, will be included in your shipping quote. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered to Canada and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.
- For Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii: We are happy to provide shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us at (888) 414-5552 or at info@serenespacesliving.com with your query and we will gladly give you a shipping quote. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.

For international orders:
We are a US based business and we currently ship to the 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). We ship internationally and to Alaska & Hawaii on a case to case basis with the minimum order amount being $100 and the shipping cost being borne by the customer.
Go ahead and send us an email at info@serenespacesliving.com with the products you are interested in, quantity you require and your complete shipping address. We will send you a customized quote that will include product cost, shipping cost, and any applicable customs & duties. We accept most US based credit cards and PayPal payments.
We also work with 3rd party carriers of your choice using your account number with those carriers to ship your products. We have successfully fulfilled international orders to the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, the Bahamas, Jamaica and more. For Expedited Shipping:
We understand the importance of fast shipping and are ready to work with you in the event you need to expedite your order. We offer one-day and two-day shipping as needed, to the 48 contiguous states.

We will calculate the best cost available for you depending on your order size and the shipping location. Our partnership with shipping carriers allows us to offer you the best prices to expedite your shipment.
We will charge the expedited shipping cost after receiving a confirmation from you. The extra cost for the expedited shipping will be borne by you. We will send you a PayPal invoice or we can charge it directly to your credit card, whichever you prefer.

Planning to send a gift to your loved one and need a personalized note to be written with the package? We got you covered!
At no extra cost to you, we will send a customized handwritten note to the recipient of your gift. You can let us know what you would like to write and we will get that done on our beautiful Serene Spaces Living cards.
