Terms & Condition
Right to Refuse Service and Orders
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse service, decline or cancel orders, limit purchase quantities, restrict the use of promotional offers or store credits, suspend or terminate customer accounts, or decline future transactions.
We may exercise these rights when we reasonably believe that a transaction or customer activity involves or presents a risk of fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse or abuse of promotional offers, discounts, store credits, returns, refunds, warranties or claims procedures; excessive or abusive return, refund, or payment-dispute activity; violation of our Terms or policies; threatening, harassing, or abusive conduct toward our employees or representatives; or other conduct that may reasonably expose our company, customers, employees, or payment systems to financial, operational, legal, or security risk.
We may also decline or cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors, product availability, payment authorization issues, suspected unauthorized resale or commercial misuse, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business or operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and before the applicable goods have been provided, we will refund any amount properly due in accordance with our applicable policies and payment-processing procedures.
Nothing in these Terms permits us to refuse service or discriminate on any basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
